Consignor Registration for JBF Winter Event in Lewisville November 16-18

This ticket confirms you as a Consignor at the JBF Lewisville Holiday Event 2018 Event November 15-18. You can print this ticket out or show it on your phone.

1. This ticket will serve as a PASS for YOU and 1 GUEST to the Consignor Pre-Sale on Fri., November 16, 11:30am-8:30pm.
   
2. This ticket will also serve as your PICK-UP PASS on Sunday, November 18, from 6pm-7pm.
3. All Consignors must accept the terms and conditions of the Consignor Agreement in order to participate.
4. All Consignor fees are non-refundable. If you chose not to consign, you will lose this fee.
5. Consignors who do NOT pre-pay will have an $18 Consignor Fee deducted from their check.
6. Consignors who are VOLUNTEERING will receive a confirmation email, and need to follow the link to get their Pre-Sale Pass to shop early.
7. If you are having someone else pick up your items for you, please forward this ticket receipt to them as authorization.
